SBMM Life Sciences Symposium

The Brazilian Society for Microscopy and Microanalysis, together with the Federal University of Ceará, will host the SBMM Life Sciences Symposium from November 16 to 18, 2022. This will be the 14th symposium in the biological area organized by SBMM and, this year, it will take place at the Federal University of Ceará, Pici Campus, Fortaleza, CE, Brazil.
Held every two years, this event aims to spread and integrate knowledge and actions in the area of microscopy in different regions. Since microscopy comprises a set of extremely versatile instruments and methodologies, the event proposes to discuss advanced techniques in microscopy, covering super-resolution optical microscopy, confocal optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, among others.
This year's symposium will be held in the Northeast Region.
