We have 3 sectors: 1) SEM-EBDS sector: 1 SEM JEOL, 5510, with EDS Thermo and EBSD Oxford. All apparatus required for sample preparation: embedding and polishing, including colloidal silica.
2) SEM-EDS-cathode sector: 2 SEM JEOL, 6010 and 6510, with EDS, cathodoluminescence, and low vacuum system.
3) electron microprobe sector: 1 JEOL electron microprobe, JXA 8230, with 5 WDS detectors and 1 EDS detector.
