1st Thesis Award

New Talents in Microscopy

Registration extended: Nov 16 2022.

Theses defended between Jan 1 2019 and Nov 12 2022 are eligible.

Seeking to promote progress in microscopy and value advances in microscopy research, SBMM promotes the 1st THESIS AWARD: NEW TALENTS IN MICROSCOPY. To participate, you must have defended a Ph.D. thesis on applications, development, and contributions to microscopy between Jan 1 2019 and Nov 12 2022. Awards will be bestowed on theses in the following fields: (I) Biological Sciences; II) Materials Science, and (III) Transversality between areas and Microscopy.

Value of the award: A prize of R$800 will be awarded to the best Ph.D. thesis in each field.
