<\/p>\nThe HREM&N, hosted by the\u00a0 Laborat\u00f3rio de Microscopia Eletr\u00f4nica de Alta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o (LaMAR) at the\u00a0 Universidade Federal Fluminense\u00a0 (UFF), is dedicated to training professionals in advanced microscopy techniques.<\/p>\n
During the HREM&N, participants can attend lectures on Electron Microscopy and its applications in research, as well as choose one of three hands-on courses. In the hands-on course in addition to the theoretical lectures, participants will receive practical training on the microscope of their choice. The available hands-on courses cover the Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and the Focused Ion Beam (FIB).<\/p>\n
